i enjoyed the classic seven game series that the Pistons and Spurs played against one another two years ago. I think this years match between the two team would have been just as good. Alas....

The Spurs are going to wipe the mat with the Cavs. I think this series will probably be over in five games. Maybe if the Spurs want to finish off the Cavs on there home court in Game 6 (remember the final have a 2-3-2 format), and win the title in front of there fans, they may let up a little, and give the Cavs a second win in this series. I think this is going to be pretty ugly.

Kobe fans, hopefully you can shed some light for me...

Kobe says he wants to be traded, then retracts it.

Its generally accepted that it was a ploy to force the front office into doing something they werent doing. He used the media, and the fans against his team and the people who pay his contract.....

So why are you all still supporting him? You seem so sure he never would have left the NBA.... So your telling me hes playing "the boy who cried wolf" in real life right now.....

His comments about Shaq were sketchy as well. Hes quoted in a TON of newspapers and radio shows as saying hes the only superstar on that team.... so again, hes shifted the blame to another person? why do you still support this childish behavior???

A toddler cries for a cookie... You DO NOT GIVE IT TO HIM! or else he will do it again next time.
Kobe Cried for a cookie when he destroyed that team... the front office should have learned... but apparently they havent, they are going to give in again

...look at lebron he has the cavs in the finals..when jordan dominated there was no question in the league that jordan is the best..but kobe can NOT be the best because there are players like lebron, wade who are note worthy..Kobe has NO EXCUSE for crying for help if LeBron made it possible with his guys...and lets face it the lakers supporting cast is way better than the cavs...lamar odom to drew gooden?? i mean common...

I'd go with Cleveland because this is their first time and they will work hard and they will hustle They work so hard to beat Detriot. So this will be a good series.

I'm really happy that the Cavs made it to the finals, but does anybody think the playoffs weren't that special this year? as in the regular season, we all thought the Mavs had it all, no doubt. Then Phoenix.... they were wow, but they made it further than the Mavs.. Golden State- they were SO exciting to watch, Baron Davis and Matt Barnes, S-Jax, they were awesome. i don't have a clue how they didn't get passed Utah. and then you have the east- Baby Bulls, amazing young team who didn't have the experience.

So anyway, are you excited with the playoffs this year or is it just ehhh, so- so?

I mean they've all lost something imporant. Correct me if I'm wrong when i say what they lost. We'll start with the NCAA Championship.
Florida: Lost Billy Donovan to Orlando Magic
Ohio State: Lost Greg Oden to the NBA
Now basically everyone else.
Texas: Lost Kevin Durant to NBA
KU: Lost Julian Wright to NBA
Texas A&M: Lost Billy Gilespie(head coach;i can't type last name} to Kentucky
I forgot if they're was anybody else and if the listed teams above had another key loss tell me.
Basically only good team with no key loss
UCLA

we have the 9th overall pick, Deng blossomed into the leader of the team and Tyrus Thomas has more talent than most of the young players in the NBA, we have Hinrich who if you compare him to Nash year by year Hinrich is ahead of Nash's pace in every category, Ben Gordon is the most clutch player in the NBA, (kobe has always been overrated as a clutch player, Kobe is 7-33 in the last 5 seconds for his career, that is weak weak weak.), we have Thabo Seffalocia who could develop into a Tayshawn Prince type player, we have Ben Wallace who destroyed Shaquille this year in the playoffs, when we add a low post presence who can score, this offseason, you people will realize that even Lebron wont be able to defeat a team as deep as ours. The only thing missing is low post scoring and we will address that in the draft, so to all you little monkeys who want to act like we dont have a team here in Chicago, get ready for another rude awakening.

I can't stand it anymore. People just need to realize the playoffs were not rigged. Especially the Pistons/Cavs series. People seem to think it was rigged so the NBA could make money by having Lebron in the Finals. Hell, he's been in for a few years now, if they wanted to make money off this guy, they would've made sure he was in the finals every year. So, my point is they playoffs were not rigged. The Cavs were just good enough to make the finals.

Just read the answers provided by Kobe Haters to my question, and see for yourself, how unintelligent they are.

I am not a big Kobe fan, but I find it ridiculous how these hating people , who, in fact, would run after Kobe like a puppy for an autograph when they see him, are writing hate speech against him.
Pity.

I really think Lebron is better, but some people believe Kobe is. Kobe complains that he needs help, but Lebron is in the finals with a crapy crew.

I really hate Kobe, I really do. But without Kobe the NBA would pretty much be dead. The NBA is pretty much dying, and the few superstars in the NBA are the only people who are keeping the NBA alive. And if you don't believe the NBA is dying, the ratings went from 20m to 2m viewers. Go to google.com and put in nba ratings, theirs your source. So no matter how much I hate Kobe, he's actually keeping the NBA alive...

I mean, he is a good player, but people who love Kobe seem to be absurdly obsessed about him. Why do people in blogs about other things just randomnly say "Kobe rocks" or "kobe sux." He isnt any better than lebron or Wade or Dirk or Duncan.

Kobe fans and haters just amaze me. If anyone can give me some good decent insight into this Kobe fan syndrome it would be appreciated.
