Butler messed up my Midwest region royally. Oh well nice to see at least one mid major advance to the sweet sixteen. I thought for sure that since Butler had been playing down lately that Old Dom would be the one to get past Maryland like Butler did.

Sorry but this is why players like Kobe Bryant should have played in the NCAA. He needs to learn about team concept rather than breaking records. This is getting to be OLD NEWS.

I know both schools have alot of bandwagon fans. And no, I'm not a bandwagon fan, I've gone to 3 Duke games and clean my Mike Krzyzewski autograph every night. Every time Duke losses there is a million questions on here all about how Duke sucks, and how Coach K is the worst person ever. But when NC losses NC fans shut themselves out of the world. Duke fans seem to always be loyal.

Stanford did not win its tournament, and it ranks 65 in RPI, 53 in Sagarin. The other 3 schools I mention average about 35 in RPI & Sagarin. It seems inexplicable. Usually they do a decent job picking teams, but this Stanford seems really off.

That is starting to get on my last nerves. When comparing Kobe to MJ there are a few morons that'll say, Kobe already won 3 titles before the age that MJ won his 1st title. That is one of the DUMBEST statements I've ever heard in my entire life. How many times you got to tell them morons that Kobe won those rings as Shaq's side-kick? Kobe didn't lead sh!t to the Lakers but a losing record & a 1st round elimination. You can't compare Kobe's 3 titles to ANY of MJ's 6. MJ led, was the franchise player, & got finals mvp every freakin time!
So for Kobe to eclipse MJ, he got to trash those 3 he already got & win 7 more as the team leader right along with 7 finals mvps! MJ didn't have easy by having a center that was more dominate then himself lead him to titles. MJ built his own legacy by being the most dominate player on his team. So why should we give it to Kobe so easy? Well I'm not! Kobe's going to have to do what MJ did to eclipse MJ.

Did ya'll see Louisville take it 2 Texas A&M. I'm mad dat they lost but they put up a hell of a fight. Including my boy Edgar Sosa. We should definitely have a lot more respect by everyone who thought we wouldn't even get this far. What ya'll think?

I've noticed an annoying trend during the tournament of the cheerleaders just yelling "ooooooooh' while the opposing team has the basketball. Michigan State and Duke have always done it, and yesterday, I heard Notre Dame do it as well. I understand the point of annoying the other team and to cheer on your defense - but after a while it gets so old and unbearable as a fan. Can't they do something original? I don't see the point and fot that much the point of cheerleaders at all. What do you think?

You know what I mean..."ACC this, ACC that....Coach K is like the second coming of Jesus....this mid-major and that mid-major don't even belong in the tournament...they kept the ACC from having eight teams in." OK, I exaggerate, but he is such a pompous blowhard with that "everything is finer in Carolina" attitude of his, that I find myself pulling for ACC teams to lose, just to spite Billy the Know-it-All. I know that's stupid....but he just irritates to no end....give me Dicky V. any day.

Ohio State played so poorly today and came up with a victory they should have never gotten. I'm not a Xavier or Ohio State fan, but i was mad to see an undeserving team win.

Some of these Kobe fans doesn't realize that Kobe is approaching his downward spiral. They act like his future is promising as Wade, Melo, James, Arenas, & etc. Sorry to burst you guys bubble, but Kobe is old compared to those guys. His best days are now & soon to be coming to a end. He's already failed his test to be the next MJ. If he's the next MJ his record shouldn't be 34-32 ( .515) at age 28. MJ at age 28 was winning his 1st title. It doesn't look like the Lakers are going to win for a LOOONG time by the way that Kobe & the Lakers are looking. Do you Kobe fans no how long & hard it takes to build a championship team? Just if you don't know it takes a long time, & at age 28 Kobe doesn't have a long time. So it's safe to say that Kobe has failed at being the next MJ. I really doubt that Kobe will lead his team to 7 titles, get 6 mvps (those are hard to get too), 7 finals mvps, 11 scoring titles, & etc. Kobe's gonna be 30 soon. No way he's going to do all that!
