My cousin and I are arguing because i know without a doubt that Kobe is the better player, but he disagrees. what do you think

Well they are two very different players...Kobe is a 2 gaurd...
Duncan can play the 4 and 5...they have completely different games..Tim has a back to the basket game Kobe is a perimeter player with a post game....
So lets look at this as a .."who has the most skill".....Kobe can score from anywhere...Kobe often plays defense against the other teams top scorer..Kobe has a perimeter game and a inside game!...he is a allaround player Defense and Offense!
Tim...has a good back to the basket game...but seriously lacks a perimeter game..Tim needs the guards to get him the ball...Tim does however have the rebounding edge..he is a solid rebounder.....His defense is good but not as good as Kobe's(all around)....
I would go with Kobe..he is just a all around player with alot more skill....

Kobe Bryant ... because Kobe is better in every way possible. but Tim Duncan is still considered one of the greats of the NBA.... but Kobe is just more spectacular and plays the game at a higher level. Kobe does the best with the least. just the remember that . KOBE 4 MVP.

Kobe is a better scorer, Duncan is the better player. Kobe can score in bunches and play defense, and pass when he wants to, but its his mindset of me first pass second. Duncan is a team player, in a team sport, who can score, pass, defend, rebound oh hell he can do everything and has the mindset, kobe can do everything but doesn't have the mind set.

Tim is great in all but kobe is better because he dosen't just attack the basket he can step out an shoot that outside jumper or the deep 3 and shoot free throws

kobe braynt isnt a one dimensional scorer...he can shoot the three make freethrows consistently..shoot a grest jumpshot fadeaway...and yes he can take it off the glass like duncan
on defense..
his defense is stifiing because he often harasses players like duncan can and hes not even as tall as duncan (around 6'10)
he provides leadership like duncan as well
overall kobe takes this by having more attributes than duncan
not saying he isnt a great player

both r pretty good because kobe can get a lot of points like he did yesterday (65) but duncan can get a lot of points and rebounds and is not as selfish as kobe

I think Tim Duncan becuase koby bryant has been to courter for sexual assult and bryant gets to over cofident.
