Its not, They play approx 30 minutes after the game that was before them, since they are playing on the same court, TV times are approximate.

It wasn't "delayed", as much as it started later than CBS originally thought it would. Since it was the second game at that tourney site, the game officially starts 30 minutes after all players coaches and officals leave the court from the previous game.
Since the previous game went into overtime, the Indiana/UCLA game started later than CBS originally predicted.

the game before them, VCU Pitt went into overtime and they start 30 minutes after game before them.
