It just doesn't seem very fair that the NL Central has 6 teams competing for one playoff spot, where as the AL West only has 4 teams competing. I understand why the NL has 16 teams as opposed to the 14 teams in the AL. It's for scheduling purposes. If they were even at 15 teams apeice, there would always be one team in each league with no one to play. But baseball has to find a way to even it out. Expanding the AL to 16 teams and restructuring the divisions seems like the only logical way to do it, but with the addition of two more teams, the talent pool would be worse than it already is. What other solutions are there?

You have the record in championships but my Dodgers have the most fans. That means there are more followers of the Dodgers than your Damn Yankees. We are the first in sports to draw 175 million fans. In your face!!!!

It appears that Bonds is driven toward a record for himself rather being a tem winner. He is constantly complaining about not being thrown balls he can hit, duh that is the game of base ball. I am tried of hearing it. I wish they would throw him enough to just get it over with so he can just play ball with his team.

Jackie Robinson played in the NL and that is were it should be retired. The AL should have Larry Doby's number retired. Doby played in the AL 2 months after Jackie started. Doby faced the very same things that Jackie did in the same year. I am saying all this due to this question being asked earlier in the day hoping some of those people we see this.

1) Cy Young's 511 wins as a pitcher will never be broken.
2) Johnny Vandermeer's consecutive no-hitters. to break it a pitcher would have to pitch 3 in a row.
3) Nolan Ryan's 7 no hitters.

CAN YOU NAME ANY???
THESE 3 ARE HARD & UNSPEAKABLE TO BREAK

Sometimes when I log on Craig S. is listed as the top baseball answerer, and sometimes it is Georgie Porgie.

Craig S. has about 15,000 points and 674 best answers, and Georgie Porgie has close to 41,000 points and 512 best answers. It's not like those numbers are close enough for them to be changing the lead back and forth. So why is one the top answerer some times and the other is the top answerer other times?

i figured that this "authentic" jersey is fake because the front photo of the jersey shows the small number to the right more when it should be more towards the center of the jersey. it shouldn't be past the S of the mets logo. and the G on wright is messed up. it does however say that it is an authentic jersey. my question is. do people buy authentic blank jerseys and then have the lettering and numbers sewn on? it does say its an authentic jersey on the tag attached to the bottom of the jersey in one of the photos, so i'm guessing that the material is a lot better. overall i dont mind the mess ups.
