The Braves have been dissapointing, but hey, you can't beat their 14 year division champ run. The Mets have surprised everybody. I would personally love to see the Mets win. Or maybe the Cardinals. Who would you like to see win?

My picks are for Nomar and the Big Hurt. Nomar has carried the Dodgers this season, hopefully into the post season. Thomas has been a great bat for Oakland, who have really needed one, and he's a big part of the reason they're going to win the AL West.

Derek Jeter, SS NYY

or other.

I vote for Halliday..... he's been called by the yankees and red socks "the most dominant pitcher in baseball".

He goes late into EVERY game. The only reason he is only 17-5 is because in his last 3 start the jays have given him 0-2 runs in support. He could be 19-3 or 20-2.

Anyone other nominations out there?

I searched and I searched but to no avail. Do you know where I can find an on-line copy of Major League Baseballs Record Book? One that would include all Batting, Pitching, Single Game, Single Season, Career, Post-Season, and World Series records?
