It's quite impressive to see an almost 50 year old guy play professional baseball as well as he does. He has racked himself up quite a career. Though I believe there will be older players who can be as good as or better than he is, they wont' come for a while, and he will always be an icon of baseball. Great guy, weird batting stance.

LOVE JULIO---goes to show us 'old guys' can still play the game!

The cool thing is he signed his contract last year for 2 yrs--so he'll be back again NEXT season!!

He does have the oddest batting stance though---you sure couldn't teach that one!

Just wishing that the Rangers would trade (Hank) Blalock (what a royally waisted year he had, and Buck Showalter to the Mets for him and Willie Randolph,..New York can have Showalter back.

Thats pretty cool, I'm happy for the guy, he's an inspiration that if you keep yourself in shape, you can still be good in sports even when you get older.
