The Rangers defeated the Tigers again taking the four game series three games to one. The Tigers haven't been hitting the ball well lately despite excellent pitching. Should this be a warning for us Tiger fans?

Even though I am a Yankee fan, I am realistic enough to know there are still 2 games left in this series. The Sox could very well rally to beat us Yanks in both.
It's not likely, but my prediction was the Yankees would win 4 of the 5 games.
I still think this is how this series will end.
How do you see it ending up?
Not "How do you WANT IT to end up", but, realistically, how do you see it ending?

How do they determine how many games against opponants one team plays. The Red Sox for instance. They play the teams in they're division 19 times. Then I thought they played other AL teams one home and one away series. But they are going to Seattle for they're second time coming up, and I don't understand that.

I've been supporting them since 1995 as the Expos, when Brits first got to see regular baseball on channel five, so I can remember Mike Lansing, Henry Rodreiguez, Vladimir Guerro, Darren Fletcher, Javier Vazquez and last but certainly not least Pedro Martinez.

Did the Yankees set a new record?? Will they set any more tonight?? They scored at least 12 runs in the last 3 consecutive games, has anyone ever done that?!

I know they also set a record for the longest 9-inning game in the history of major league baseball at 4 hours 55 minutes (second game of doubleheader.) Which goes to show, it does take a long time to score that many runs!! It takes a long time to whoop *** on a team that bad, when they can't even get you off the base path! Does George Steinbrenner have to pay the Yanks OT every time they play the Pink Sox?
