I quite like Johan Santana as he's proven over several seasons he's the real deal, something that Liriano will have to do next year.

Admire Joe Mauer but most of all Twins coaches and front office. They're a good example of doing the most with their players with a relatively low amount of money.

I happen to love the Twins, I had a good buddy who played for them for a long time (Denny Hocking) and I got to know alot of the guys - I would have to say the nicest, most down to earth guy that I met was Torii Hunter - he was very polite, very funny and he called me sir (I'm 36 years old!). Kirby Puckett was my favorite player when he was in his prime because he played baseball the way it was supposed to be played - the last time I saw Kirby Puckett was at the Doubletree in Anaheim about 4-5 years ago - he was extremely overweight and he looked very unhappy

Torii..i think he is in the top 3 for the best fielding center fielders..is would say its between Torii, Jim Edmonds, and Andruw Jones.. he also is pretty good on the offensive side

Tori Hunter, I'm a huge Yankee fan, but have always liked the Twins somewhat. I'm not sure why. I think Tori is a class act and would've made an excellent Yankee before we got Johnny D. Hope you guys can find a way to get past Tiger and WSox.

even tough iam a dredded Yankee fan I must admit that whenever I hear the Santana is pitching I will make it a point to watch because on the mound the man is a stud, and if he stays healthy he is bound to break some records.....

Joe Mauer.

He's the best hitting catcher in baseball, AND he's on my fantasy team.

He and Morneau could carry the Twinkies into the playoffs on their backs alone if they have to.

Liriano.

His ERA is something like 1.91 against the league, but against The Tigers it is 7.36

Kirby Puckett because he was the man. On today's team none of them.
