I can't listen to or read baseball commentary anymore without listening to or reading about incessant details about pitch counts! If a pitcher has a rhythm and has found a groove, who cares how many pitches he's thrown? What about the pitchers that totally blow it in the first inning?? It's like they have a new stat to fret about all the time now...

I think the white sox are gonna win the world series. I mean cmon. think how good they were last year, and this year they have a better offense yes there pitching has struggled a bit but still there offense has increased so much with jim thome. And the white sox are a great clutch team. Great in the playoffs. They went 11-1 last year and swept the world series i mean cmon so what if they end up being a wild card team i think their great clutch and team chemistry will get them to the world series in the playoffs whos with me o and most of all CUBS SUCK i mean seriously how bad are they

I can't stand him!!! Do u agree he used steroids? Do u agree he's selfish? (he doesn't run if he hits a grounder, he might jog) ok, so he's hurt, call it quits, already. Anyone heading to the A's series this week in Arlington? And I dont know if its even true or not, or how old it is, but I saw something on the web the other day about us being in "talks" with Vernon Wells on FA from Toronto after this year? Anyone heard anything else about this? I know he's from Arlington but someone let me know before I get my hopes up.
