He is a cheater and should not be allowed to remain in baseball. I don't care if he hits 1,000 home runs, I will never consider him as the home run champion. Hank Aaron will always remain the champion. Roger Maris will always be the single season home run champion as well.

How can any of you idiots agree that he definately used steroids, when you haven't a shred of evidence and don't know? He hasn't been charged, let alone convicted, of anything. Is this the United States? Are we not presumed innocent until proven guilty? It's none of your business what he used, to be honest with you. And only when and if he is formally tried and convicted will it ever be your place to judge.

I agree with most of the things you stated. Barry Bonds should not be playing baseball. Yes, he is on steroids, if you look a older picture of him, he has less muscles. No, I do not think that he will back Henry Aaron's home run record. Barry should quit baseball forever. He will probably elected in the hall of fame in a couple of years.

I am a huge Giants fan, that being said I think he shold retire and free up some contract space so that they could finally put together a quality team. As for the Hall, his stats speak for themselves, even before the Steroid thing. He is a great ballplayer and he tainted his own name.

Steroids, yep. Selfish, you got it! Homer runs are all he is looking for now. He is simply too out of shape to RUN. I won't say too old as that doesn't cut it. One look at Sylvester Stallone will negate that argument. However, his pre steroid record is prolific enough to warrant a place in the hall of fame. Personally I would like to see him and all other users banned from all their respective sports.

yes he used used steriods and HGH hes grown an inch since 1998 and his head has changed its shaped since then also. The biggest cheater in the mlb. He could have been in the hall of fame without steroids if you look at his numbers before he started to resemble the hulk but he chose to cheat and lose everyones respect and he should stop whining.

He doesn't deserve anything. I think we should take at least 100 home runs off his "record" for steroid use. He whines and cries that people treat him badly. It's his own fault for cheating. So many baseball players have done this legally and honestly and it is not fair that he is beating them. He doesn't deserve to be in the Hall of fame. Of course he's just playing to try and beat the record. He can barely run anymore, he sucks at fielding. I hope someone accidentally hits him in his bad knee while he's at bat and takes him out for good.

I'm with you 100%. No way this man should be in the HOF. His stats and muscle mass improvement so late in his career certainly provide strong evidence performance enhancing drugs were used. The recent book "Game of Shadows" makes it very hard for anyone who has read the book to believe Bonds when he denies everything. Yes, he is just playing to break the record and probably will break it. What a sad situation for baseball and sports in general.

I completely agree with everything you've said! I can't stand him and i think he did use steroids. He doesn't deserve to be in the HOF. I really hope he doesn't break the homerun record. Hank Aaron actually deserved that title, Bonds doesn't.

It has NOT been proven that he used steroids. We all know that foreheads don't triple in size, so I still call him innocent until proven guilty.
Yes, he should be in the Hall of Fame. No, he will not break Aaron's record; he will retire after this season.
