If you deliberately want that person to go to first, why not just send him there, why all the pitches? What does it accomplish? (Other than waste time)

Cos it seems to me that a team plays some teams fewer than they do other teams.

Clearly I do not want to be like the Yankees and settle for a fatd runk like Sydney Ponson, but who is avaliable. I would say Maddux or Smoltz would be the best temporary option, and Zito would be the bets long term option(however, this may not be realistic now but could be a reality when he is a free agent)

I have a 12 yr old brother and really enjoy to watch him play but other than that I can't stand going to games. All there are is a bunch of moron coaches that "think" they know baseball and annoying parents that think their kid is the next major league allstar. Don't get me wrong, I love to watch my bro play and things like the little league world series but other than that the games just give me a headache.

Give me some GOOD reasons why he's not the best all around player in baseball. A-Rod is the only one that gives him a run for his money, and he's slipping on D.

If there are runners on 2nd and 3rd base and 2 outs for example and the ball gets hit to deep left field and the left fielder has a play on the ball but drops it and both runners on base score. Does the hitter get credited for 2 RBI's even though it is scored an error?

My company is having a charity softball game, and my department is getting a team together. The only thing we need is a name. We work at a pharmaceutical company in the packaging department (2nd shift) and would like our name to have something to do with our daily jobs. Crude is fine as long as it FUNNY. We produce vaccines, handle vials and syringes, and label and package the vaccines.
Some other info that may be used is - without us the bigshots wouldn't be getting their hugh paychecks. Also, we have to wear uniforms which we refer to as "blues". Any help would be appreciated

I've been a baseball fan my entire life, and know which teams are AL and which teams are NL. But what exactly is the difference between them?
