F that. If you sue the stadium for that then you're a complete piece of $hit. You'll never win. What has America become? Pathetic. That's like walking into the grocery store and a tornado whips through so you sue the grocery store because a can of soup flew off the shelf and hit you n the head. I'm sure at least half of the injured people will. Especially the ones who missed the game because of the trip to the hospital.

They would probably have a decent case. You can expect inclement weather at a ballpark, but you should have a reasonable expectation for your personal safety. This wouldn't be a gratuitous lawsuit at all.
