Yes,

Larkin was an above average offensive player and the best SS in baseball for several years. On top of that he was an excellent team leader and a good role model for younger players and kids. Larkin is exactly the type of player who belongs in the HOF.

Barry Larkin was vastly underrated during his career. He deserves to be in the Hall of Fame and I hope he makes it.

i doubt it, he had a pretty good career, but he didnt reach 3000 career hits or really do anything that spectular. he was just a good, solid player.
