The rumors were really heating up a few days ago involving Lugo to the Jays for some young pitching.. but now its looking alot like he's gunna re-sign with the Rays.
I want the rays to trade him.. They could get some good Bullpen help, and maybe a young starting Prospect ..
And if and when he is dealt Me, along with all the other Rays fans, can finally see the long anticipated call up of BJ Upton.. which could also lead to the call up of Delmon Young as well.. but probably not till next year..
But this could all mean nothing if he signs a new contract..
Will Lugo be traded or will he resign.

Oh and if your gunna answer this question with "THE DEVILRAYS SUCK" .. let me just thank you in advance for stating the obvious ..
But you just wait a few more years you haters.

I am absolutely scared of this Minnesota team. I am hoping The Tigers can come out of Minnesota with one win.

I think our best chance is Sunday with Bonderman on the mound.

The pitching match-ups are like this:

Friday
Zach Miner (6-2, 4.07)
Francisco Liriano (12-2, 1.93)
(MINNESOTA)

Saturday
Nate Robertson (9-6, 3.70)
Brad Radke (9-7, 4.74)
(possibly DETROIT)

Sunday
Jeremy Bonderman (11-4, 3.66)
Johan Santana (12-5, 3.04)
(DETROIT)

We have a AL only league and different teams had Cordero & Mench. Who gets Lee? Mench plays everyday but hasn't done squat in a long time. He does however have a respectable avg. and obp. Cordero is ranked higher according to our stats and actually has 12 appearances in the last month with a win, a hold, and a 4:1 K/BB ratio. But he lost his starting job early in the season and has a fairly high era. Any experts out there? What would your league do?

With four teams within 5 games, the Yankees, White Sox, Twins and Blue Jays are all valid contenders for the playoffs (assuming the division-leading Red Sox and Tigers don't lose ground). Which of the four teams do you see going to the 2006 postseason and why?

Is he too old. Does he take steroids? Do you think he can lead the Giants to the playoffs? Do you think he should retire?

I realize that Justin Verlander is part of the answer. Don't answer Jim Leyland because I don't think managers make much of an impact in the AL.
