it's a DELAYED double steal...

the runner on third doesn't go until the throw is made to second...

What you described is not a suicide squeeze. It is a double steal.

A squeeze play is a sacrifice bunt with a runner on third and fewer than two outs. The batter bunts the ball, expecting to be thrown out at first base, but hoping that the runner from third will be able to score.

In a suicide squeeze, the runner takes off during the pitch, even before the pitcher has released the ball. This will likely make a play at the plate impossible if the batter makes any kind of contact at all, but it means that the runner will almost certainly be out if the batter fails to make contact. Hence the batter must try to hit the ball, even if the pitch is wildly out of the strike zone, so this play requires a more skilled bunter.

As far as I know, it's still a double steal. I remember the Yankees tried that just last week with Johnny Damon taking off from third as soon as Derek Jeter took off for second, though I don't remember the result.

Double steal. The key is to get the catcher to throw to second (obviously). Tough to do, but great when it is done properly. You just need to have a really fast runner at third to pull it off.

It's called a double steal.

It doesn't work in the major leagues very often, because if there is a player on third fast enough to get home, the catcher is smart enough to hold on to the ball.

A double steal if both successful
A steal and an out if man at second out
Two outs, if both caught stealing
A caught stealing if running at second out, and running at third did not run

All depends on the outcome.
