I hears one of the Pettys saying how when Jeff Gordon Retire he will be considered great and that with time he will take his place next to Iron Head and The King. He referenced it by saying people were upset at Earnhardt when he won his 7th.

Did anyone else watch this? I mean thank goodness for DVR cause I watched it like 20 times and although Mike Waltrip disagrees he drove through the other Skinners pit and messed up his pit sequence. Should skinner be punished for his truck owners actions? Doubt they will do that but they could doc him owner points maybe?

I heard Bobby Labonte's crew chief (Doug Randolph) will be Paul Menards crew chief in 2008. The previous #15 crew chief is being promoted with in DEI.

That leaves to question who will be stepping into the 43 crew chief position?

Yesterday there was a question asked about the NAACP's involvement with NASCAR. I've been watching the answers and have yet to see any sources! frank m said that Nascar paid Jesse Jackson $50,000.00 to let them alone and he did!
Also there was some mention of Toyota paying the NAACP.
Beth said it was a baldface lie!
If anyone has a source, one way or the other please let me have it! This is interesting to me because I have heard of the same thing happening elsewhere! That Jesse and AL have been getting money through vailed threats or to put it another way blackmail!! Just looking for the truth!!
