please explain why and for those of you who know martial arts is useful tell stories of how you used martial art in a real fight for defense (detail please =] )

Joey(not real name) tried to push me but i did alternating maces(block punch punch) tries too round house punch me i duck under and do a double leg takedown and held his arms down i said"i dont want to fight you!" i'll let you go if u stop! he gave in and his fiends threatened to jump me and that leads us to now =D

when teams have the same record at the end of the season(such as 10-6) and those teams havent played each other how do they decide who goes to the playoffs.
This is like if both the browns and titans win they will both be 10-6 but the tians would go over the browns why

I think its Josh Cribbs
He leads in return yards. He has the second most returns and still has the third best average. The guys ahead of him have 1 and 4 returns), 20+, .40+. Second in touchdowns by 1 TD (Leon Washington 3).

Scored 100 points in 1 game.
55 rebounds in 1 game
4 time League MVP
Won 2 Championships
7 scoring titles IN A ROW.
11 time Rebound champion of the league.
Once averaged 50 points and 25 reb in a season.

2 crazy ones.....
Led league in Assists.
Once had a 20,20,20 game, 20pts, 20 reb,20 assists.

no other has done these things.

oh yeah, also slept with about 1000 women.

I find it a big contradiction that Aikido is an

"art practitioners could use to defend themselves while also protecting their attacker from injury"

But at the same time people say that their techniques are too deadly to be used in competition and that it's likely that if the person doesn't know how to flow with the technique that they will end up with a broken arm or something

So which is it? because last time I looked the regular guy on the street didn't know how to break fall

just received a rcbs press today under my tree, girlfriend gave me a really nice check to buy assc with, do i have to stay with the rcbs dies, of would the lee dies fit, or do they all interchange, or should i return my rcbs and opt for the lee precision . most of my reloading will be for my ar-15s, what exactly do i need for dies etc, thank you,

a) watch and follow less. I'm real unhappy with the whole thing.
b) watch and follow more. I love it and can't get enough!
c) watch about the same. I get my fill where I'm at
