any professional swimmers out there who can advise me before i buy? i'm looking to really improve my hand strokes in swimming and i'm caught between buying the regular plastic hand paddle or is the glove kind much more effective? thanks :)

I would like to buy a good touring bicycle available with sensors similar to those on some exercise bikes that pick up your pulse from the hand-held grips, give you feedback on your heart rate, the calories you have burned, the distance you have covered and your average speed. Well, I guess mine was going to WCW house shows with my dad when I was younger. Sting, Vader, Ric Flair, and of course....GRRRREEEEEEAAATOOOO MU-TA! I remember running down the ramps of the arena we were in just to try to get a glimpse of Sting (I was about 6 or 7 so cut me some slack!).

I also want Marciano against Dempsey evaluated and Louis against Dempsey evaluated.

Ring magazine has Louis with the number one punch. I don't agree with that. Dempsey at number 7. I don't agree with that and Marciano at number 14. I will conceed to Brad in that Marciano may not have the punch I thought he had. Look at the whole package of Marciano however when looking at these fights.
