I would like to find a bicycle with a built-in computer with sensors in the hand-grips (similar to those on some work-out exercise cycles found in health clubs) that provides feedback on heart rate, calorie burn, distance covered and average speed. I wonder if such a bicycle could include sattelite navigation>

Not heard of a bike with one built in. Just as easy to buy separately and add it on yourself.

You have a number of options depending on how much you want to spend. You can get a basic heart rate monitor for $30. I've used a Polar CS200 ($150), which had all the features you mentioned, minus the Satellite Navigation. The Garmin 305 has all the features, including satellite Navigation, but they run about $350. All of these options will work with any bike. Usually the sensors are built into a band you wear around your chest. You should decide on the amount you are willing to spend, and the features you need, and take your bike to the bike shop. They will assist you with finding the exact model and can install it for you.

Never heard of a bike (push bike that is) that has the gadgets as the gym bikes do. But, you can buy a "pulsometer" and a cycle computer to get the information you want. Also a satellite navigation device can be added to a push bike.
You will have to go to a good cycle shop and ask. See what they have and what is best for your needs.

Usually, you buy the computer by itself, and there are several. But they aren't of the king that measure on the grips, usually you put a thingie or something around your chest to measure your heart (which I think it's more accurate).

As to GPS, you usually buy it separate (I don't know if there's one that has it all).

Good luck
