Last time when Indian team was in WI for bilateral oneday series Kaif was alone to score runs in almost every match.I mean to say he was consistent then any other Indian batsmen.But selectors have dropped him after that tour,this is unfair.

I work for the park district and I have been selected to teach our Tumbling class because I have the most experience with that, that experience = I am a girl. I have only watched Gymnastics on TV. I will have 6 girls, ages 5-7 years old. None of them have any experience, and are not hard core into gymnastics. I don't have any major equipment, just some floor mats and possibly a mini trampoline. The class is an hour once a week for 4 weeks. Can anyone give me some advice on what to teach, or some different resources that I can check out and put together something?

i am looking to upgrade basically half my bike before race season and a new stem is part of that package. i was liking the Bontrager Race XXX Lite Carbon OS stem to replace my bontrager select. is it worth it to go carbon? the mechanic at my shop says he would rather have a strong stem than a light one. how likely are these things to break? im only using for XC racing, trail riding, and road.
