Is he really deformed in the face around his eyes like that or is that some pretty good make up skills?

i don't think a one eyed man would be cleared medically to wrestle these days. probably good make up.

It's good make-up skills. Glass eyes are made very carefully, so it would match his other eye much better.

I think its a colored contact lens. When they zoom in on his face it looks like he has contacts in.

.yes because he could get hit in the face the glass could go in his eye and his eye could get damaged.
