The person is on one leg, while the other is high in the air, usually 180 degrees from the other leg...is this makes any sense at all lol. In movies or whatever, they usually plant the kick in the opponents chin, which then sends the person hit into the air a bit with an arch on their back...

Than normal? I weigh 140lbs and I am 15 years old. I am 5foot- 5inches tall. I Squat 600 lbs, Bench 350lbs, and deadlift 460lbs. Would that be enough to be considered "superhuman"?
