I think I spelled it wrong..oh well...Well ANYWAY I have a problem with doing any sport. And Im pretty sure its because of my cordination (or w/e) because I did Cheerleading and karate and I've never learned to cordinate myself. So is it something your born with or is it something you learn?

i run track and my very first meet is comming up and i am in three events which is really good... but i dont know how to run one of the events... im sure my coach will tell me how but im still wondering about it.... its a simple run around the track but when do i start sprinting and how do i condition myself to sprint the whole thing?
