With Russell Baze's success at this and other San Francisco Bay Area tracks, should "Bay Meadows" be renamed "BAZE MEADOWS"?

Yea, I liked it when Gary Stevens and Ken Rudolph mentioned that. I don't see why not, Bay Meadows means nothing at the moment and it would take away nothing. But by naming it Baze Meadows it would recognized the track as being the one where he worked at and broke the record. If someone were to say " Hey, let's go to Baze Meadows" , they'd know that history was made there.

I'm all for it...

Actually it is soon to be named "RAZE" Meadows as they are trying to build a new track in Dixon ca. Bay Meadows will soon be nothing but Condos and strip malls for all the lucky San Mateons!

Just re-name a street that is close to the track, like they did at Hollywood Park! The public loves to see a familiar name while they drive around endlessly, searching for the entrance to the correct parking areas!
