I think I spelled it wrong..oh well...Well ANYWAY I have a problem with doing any sport. And Im pretty sure its because of my cordination (or w/e) because I did Cheerleading and karate and I've never learned to cordinate myself. So is it something your born with or is it something you learn?

Coordination is something you LEARN. Anyone can learn it, but it's best learned young. I suggest that you just EXERCISE. The more exercise you get, the better coordinated you become.

No not born with, just not used. What goes into your neuro muscular system, past the control point stays there. If you know how to throw a punch via information but cannot actually perform the actiion properly then your neuro connections are not responding properly. To overcome this, no matter the sport, try DELIBERATELY performing the action WRONG. Eg. if in your mind you can understand a punch but cannot throw one properly, then throw the punch as BADLY as possible deliberately, if its meant to be straight throw it curved, if up, throw it down, etc.Do this about 4 times, wait 30 secs then try again but this time throw it how you see it in your mind, this should increase your performance drastically. To make the change complete, you must perform the proper action increasingly faster as this will set differant connections within the brain.

Some people naturally have better motor skills than others. It is possible to succeed in spite of such a genitic limitation. I know this 1st hand. Attitude beats aptitude.

You may want to keep active for one, try to keep fit doing anything that you like, swimming jogging bikes tennis hiking, anything. Secondly try searching the different Martial art styles till you find one that really interests you, it may be one of the Chinese Kung Fu styles that you will excel in.

Be well,
