chools with enough money can have the tracks made from rubber or plastic, made from recovered materials, and actual seating. Others are usually a dirt track made around the soccer/football field

It varies. Some school tracks are made of rubber, others dirt, and one I've seen even had this dirt/gravel stuff.

Usually a rubbery material that helps your shoes keep grip and is hard enough to run but has a touch of bounce so you don't damage your joints.

tryouts are often alot like practices, simply listen to what the instructor is asking and do exactly as they ask.. For example.. in basketball pratice.. The guys who could run the fastest and dunk the ball often wouldnt make the team because they didnt use their brains, they didnt know positioning.. you cant teach a person to use their brain.. only their body.
