i do itf taekwondo and we are tought the basics upward block ect
but how would you defend yourself from a flurry of punches because when i was in sparring no one could block my punches as it was coming at speed
i use to do boxing so i had a slight advantage
do i just have to keep practsiong my blocking

yes because they had an emotional season with a teammates death and they did win 6 games just enough to go to a crappy bowl which they deserve.
no because they started an elementary school fight with a school they were beating. The team doesnt deserve another game

I think that the bears and the colts have the best chance at the superbowl. Even though dallas beat Indie and Rex is just way too unpredictable. The worst teams have to be Oakland and Houston. both are lacking offense and defense.
