That gun is built like a tank. You can use .38spl+p with no problems at all. .38+p has lower pressures than .357mag.

Yes. You can even shoot .38 Special +P+ safely out of a Ruger GP-100 .357 Magnum. Be sure & clean it so you won't have extraction problems when you switch to .357 Mag.

Easily. .357Mag is every bit as high powered as the highest power .38Spl made. .357Mag will recoil more and be louder, though.

yeah, only thing is if you shoot lots of 38's and then fire 357's wothout cleaning the chamberes a magnum case could be hard to eject.
