The good days was Jordan and the Bulls, Shaq and the Magic, Reggie and the Pacers, Malone and Stockton. Even the Larry Bird & Magic Johnson era was great. But after Kobe, Iverson and everything the NBA is nothin more then a gang war. Bunch of guys thinkin the are thugs is all it seems like. When AND 1 came out they should've rewrote some NBA rules. Just play the game... anyone agree, or has everyone bought into the shorts down to the ankles???

If England are paranoid enough about their batting to play Giles ahead of Panesar (which is looking like a pretty stupid idea after the first day's play), shouldn't they have picked the following team instead:

Strauss, Cook, Joyce, Collingwood, Bell, Pietersen, Flintoff, Read, Hoggard, Harmison, Panesar?

That way, we'd have 7 batsmen, the best keeper, the most dangerous bowler, 3 proper seamers and 3 regular part-time bowlers who can take on a few overs per innings.

Instead, we've got 6.5 batsmen, a poor keeper, an innocuous "spinner" and 3 number 11 batsmen - one of whom has hardly bowled so far...if Jones and Giles don't make 50s at least in both innings, then it probably wasn't worth playing them in front of Read and Panesar.

Lets dream for a moment (well I will because owning my own F1 team would be so cool) but using the pool of drivers that will be racing in 2007 name me your team leader, number 2 and tester?

also your team principle and you race engineer and strategist (ross brawn type) I forget his position title lol.

but the rules are once you pick one guy from one team you cant have anyone else from that team and you cant pick guys who are all considered to be top drivers so you cant have for example
Alonso, Kimi and Hekki as your drivers but you can have a combination of Ron Dennis and Andrew Shovelin for example

and what would be your team name?

my line up and name would be -

Team Leader - Kimi Raikkonen
Number 2 - Sebastien Vettel
Test Driver - Nico Rosberg

Principle - Ron Dennis
Race Engineer - Andrew Shovelin
Strategist (please tell me the proper title of this position ive had a memory blank) -
Pat Symonds

Team name - either called - the maestroes! or the dudes!

Does Muay Thai have an effective blocking system? Since it is just as much about being able to take hits...(would be easy to be knocked out before making a convincing defense)?

Please answer the question in relation to the defensive techniques used in Muay Thai.

Please also comment how useful Muay Thai is as a street fighting system of combat, in reference to the fact, that outside the ring, there is no referee and no gloves - and how much difference do these factors make, or are they just simply part of a controlled training environment that transfers well into a real life situation?
