Eh, it goes back and forth. An 8 during the regular season and it fluctuates between 5 and 8 during the playoffs. They get swept up in the emotion of the home team and that affects their judgement too much at times. Other than that, with no replay allowed, I honestly believe they do the best they can. They try to be fair and if they miss a foul on one end, they tend to call the game closer which means their attention is on being more accurate. It looks like a hard job so I don't wanna be too hard on them, but overall, star players such as Kobe, LeBron, Melo, Durant, Dirk, and Howard should be able to overcome foul calls. Their game should have the biggest impact not the refs, rarely have I ever seen a game decided on fouls. BQ: He's too money hungry. I think there needs to be a panel of people who know how to run a business as well as having the best interests of the owners, fans, players and overall audience. I think the job is too big for one man, let alone one who puts money over quality of teams, reffing, and performance. Nice Question by the way.
