My three drivers, in no particular order would be
Mark Webber.
I am an Aussie, so I may be biased. Due to Mark being in an unreliable car, he may know what it takes to build a reliable car. Or, what not to put in to make it unreliable.
Felipe Massa.
Felipe has shown he can drive a car.
Robert Kubica.
What a drive by this guy in the races that he performed in. I remember watching one race, cannot remember the curcuit, when it was raining and Robert came out with dry tyres. Robert was mostly off the road, but he did not damage the car and showed he can handle emergency situations.
As to the team principle, race engineer, etc., I have no idea. They are usually the people in the background and do not get as much attention.
[Edit]
Team Principle: me, I am putting the money forward :)
Race Engineer: Gil de Ferran
Strategist: Micheal Shumacher.

Team Schumacher Audi F1
Principal: Schumi
Technical Director: Ross Brawn
Drivers: Nico Rosberg, Sebastian Vettel
Tester: Alex Wurz
PA/Publicists: Sabine Kehm, Jules Kulpinski....what the hell, why not get Claudia Schiffer, Heidi Klum, and some of Flavio's girlfriends....
Actually, Rosberg will never drive for Schumacher....his dad won't let him (Keke hates his guts). I just thought having an all German (and Austrian Wurz) lineup would be a nice touch, but...
OK, how about Massa and Vettel. I don't think Kimi or Alonso would want to be in Schumi's team....they are with good teams already, and besides, their huge egos (The three of them) would get in the way.
