How does a team play "above 500"? Please let me know what this means.

Also, what does mean when an individual player is playing at +1, or -2, or +2, etc. What does that mean?

I'm flip-flopping on this one. The other Broncos RB (Tatum Bell) might not play much. The Steelers haven't exactly been dominant against the run this year.

The Lions could fall behind early to the Falcons potent attack and then abandon the running game. But Kevin Jones also scores fantasy points by catching the ball, too. He has 37 receptions this season already.
