i get so nervous before a match and i always drop the first set because of unforced errors what can i do to calm down?

I was going the opposite direction on a sidwalk until I could get to the nearest stoplight, when a car came out of a parking lot without looking and hit me causing me to chip a tooth. When I called their insurance they said they are not going to pay for my dental fee because I was going the wrong direction on the SIDEWALK. Do I have a good case to sue them?

I currently weigh 120 lbs. and am 5 ft. 7 in. For wrestling, I would like to move down to 112 lbs. I am wondering if this would be a smart decision. Would it be smart to sacrifice strength for a potentially "easier" weight? There are many people who would be going for 119 and I would rather just go to 112. Will I lose that much strength by dropping 8 pounds over a long period of time? Is it impossible to get to 112 lbs. without losing most of my muscle? Is 112 too skinny for my height?

how many people can do this, i would consider it a very nice time, my friend does like a 49 or 51 or somthing, hes nuts, but one time at a swim meet on a relay, i got stuck on Drelay, which out of A, B,C, and D D is the crapiest, so like i swam a one minute flat 100free, i didnt like sprint or whatever im sure i can do a 58, but how many people can do a good time, like 56 55 54? and like how old are you and how long have you been swimming, im 14 and i started last may and i can do a 50yrd free in 24.55
