I need a safety lever return spring located inside handle.

Check with a gunsmith or several gunsmiths. You'd be surprised at the spare parts they might just have stored away waiting for just such an occasion.
I found a magazine for an old Mauser pistol this way and iron-sights for my Belgium made .22 caliber Browning automatic.

Try also famous Italian gun manufacturer Franchi. They were manufacturing .32 automatics in cooperation with Llama, as .32 Franchi-Llama through 70-es.

I hate to tell you!! but hand guns are baned in UK, unless they are specially registered for competition , and are of a .22 or 6mm calaber, or that they are of an age that a specific calabre can not be attributed to it , for example, a Black Powder style Cap and Ball. Even then you would have to be a regestard member of a Black powder Shooting Club or a member of a Battle re-enactment Society
