Hey I was just wondering if anyone out there knows their vertical leap. I just want to compare mine to a few others. I am 5'10", and have a 29" standing vert, and a 33" running vert off of 2 feet. I can grab rim with 2 hands, but I cant get a dunk down. Please respond with honesty..

I've been offered Tatum Bell and Chad Johnson for Joey Galloway, Reggie Bush, and Dominic Rhodes. Should I bite? I never play Rhodes as it is, and I've always liked Bell though Johnson has been very mediocre. It's also hard to trade Bush as he seems capable of going on a streak as soon as every clicks for him (which may have very well been last week). Advice?

One of mine is the Big JKO, It's when I Throw my opponet into the ropes, I run into the ropes, as soon as we get ready to hit each other, I throw my arm out and I grab his head and slam (you know like a bulldog, but frontwards). My other one is called the J-Air, it's when I run on top of the ropes, bounce back inside the ring, and hit him with a closeline but up in the air and pin him. What are yours?!

Europe also has a long and proud martial arts tradition, one that is well documented at that. However, whenever most people think of getting into martial arts, they seek to learn asian styles and blind themselves to a whole different chapter of the fighting arts.

Can anyone tell me why only a small fraction of martial artists worldwide follow the traditions set by the European masters such as Talhoffer, Ringeck, Vadi and Lichtenhauer (to name but a few)? And why so many would turn their backs on a martial tradition that is just as great?

Who do you think is the Better Quarterback, Eli Manning or Michael Vick? Because honestly, i think its eli Manning and its not even close! Vick is a great athlete great arm, great feet and legs, but he is so not a QB its ridiculous.

Why do i see 10 year olds or 14 or 16 year olds with black belts, second degree blackbelts,, or even higher. I have a feeling these american karate instructors are using belts in order to attract customers, but karate is a life process, they can't possibly master the true essence of karate in just 4 years or something..and certainly at 16 a master...without having had maturity? I will consider a master at 40 or 50, after years of training and developing spiritually not at 10 years old.

I can't find an artical about it on UFC.com or anything does anyone have any info? And it was supposed to be in Nov. but the Matt Hughes v St. Pierre is in Nov.

I heard that Silva asked for more money and Chuck found out and then he asked for more money.
I also heard Pride and UFC couldn't agree on legal stuff.

If this is true do you think they stopped the fight as a business saving technique if they start letting Pride fighters come in and they beat up the UFC guys then UFC would loose fans to Pride and not make as much money, because let's face it Pride fighters for the most part are better than UFC fighters(as much as I hate to admit it) What do ya know? tell me!!!
