Sports - 4 August 2006

i need handful of few stretchs and empty handed work outs. (ex. push up and sit-up and etc.) something i can do if i'm outside a finantial aid office if i'm alone just to pass time, or to do in my room when i'm too lazy to walk to the gym.
(please give me a site or a list with simple explination)
ps. sorry about the spelling, but it's friday night from summer job and i'm too tired to care.

i am 34 years olf. 1was a 1 year starter at my small high school. we had a good team. record was 10-12. i wasnt recruited for college ball cuz they said i was too short, i am 5'0. and they said i wasnt good enought, but i think i am! how do i get to the wnba???

You mother canuckers are sad that the MLS is kicking the NHLs ***. Soccer is just a better game than hockey. Soccer requires more speed, strength, and skill than ice hockey. Any soccer player could beat up any ice hockey player. Ice hockey players are cry babies. They are overpaid and overweight. They suck. You hockey fans should watch a real sport like soccer.

I was just wondering which N-Code model is better between N3 and N4? Which give more power?? It N-4 is kind of like Hyper Hammer?? Which headsize is good? Midplus or Oversize? Tonight while playing tennis, something happened that I have never seen before. I returned a shot to my opponent's side of the court. The ball dropped just a foot or so over the net, then incredibly after taking one bounce on his side, the ball returned back onto my side of the court without ever having been touched by my opponent. Unthinkingly I did not return it back to his side because my initial instinct was that it was my point since the ball bounced on his side and he didn't get to it,.... but then I realized that since it ended up on my side of the court, it may actually work in my opponent's favor. I gave him the point, but we are both left wondering what the correct ruling is.
