i need handful of few stretchs and empty handed work outs. (ex. push up and sit-up and etc.) something i can do if i'm outside a finantial aid office if i'm alone just to pass time, or to do in my room when i'm too lazy to walk to the gym.
(please give me a site or a list with simple explination)
ps. sorry about the spelling, but it's friday night from summer job and i'm too tired to care.

1000 push-ups, 1000 situps, 100 frontkicks, 100 backkicks, 100 sidekicks, 1000 punches with 5lbs dumbell on each hands. That should keep you busy for a couple of hours.
