yes, it does. you don't want to play a guy who's not going to touch the ball or is on a bye week. But if you're asking this question, it's best to stay out of the fantasy arena altogether.

It most certainly matters. You want to win games, correct? Then you have to start your best players that aren't on bye week or that aren't injured.

Maybe fantasy sports isn't your cup of tea
