Natural saltwater like the ocean?
In general, you are more buoyant and not being exposed to chlorine and other "pool chemicals".
Swimming is beneficial physically in numerous ways.
Where is/are this saltwater pool?

Saltwater pools cause less eye irritation and skin issues for almost everyone. You don't float any higher ( the salinity is about 2500 ppm) and you can hardly taste it, if at all.

Salt is a good mineral for your skin. Ever see the salt scrubs in bath stores? It's a natural exfoliant.
