I'd start Delhomme because he has the capabilities of putting up better numbers than Brady. Offer Brady for a no.2 RB and pick up a backup QB off the waiver wire and your team should be fine.
Good luck this year

Go with Tom Brady. He will be better over the long haul, and more consistent. Delhomme may put up a more prolific game now and then, but he'll also stink up the joint in a few games. Brady will be good for 1-2 TD's and 200+ yards every game.

What are your needs on the team? I would look to package Brady and a backup at a position you need more help. Assuming you used a top 3 pick to get Brady, you probably don't have great depth at either RB or WR, so try to pick up a Ronnie Brown, Caddy, LaMont Jordan level player to get some help. Delhomme should be a top tier QB this year.

you shouldn't have got both because you don't need both. Brady will put up more points, but not as many more as most people think in my opinion.
Brady is the bigger name, and is going 3-4 rounds before Delhomme. Test the trade waters - if you can get a #2 RB or WR for him, trade him and start Delhomme.
I think people will be surprised at the numbers he puts up this year.

Overall tom brady is a better quarterback and normally would put up better #s...but the addition of keyshawn and the holdout of branch favors delhomme...i would wait to see how the branch holdout unfolds and then i would trade one of the qbs to improve another position
