ummm heres a tip:
when u serve, throw the ball really high and a lil in front of u, so that u can jump into it and hit it harder. also use the continental grip for spin.

Think that Ginny G has given good basic advice except that I don't think your toss should be too high. The toss is very important & should be pretty consistent (ideally a few feet above your head & about a foot in front of you) so that you can contact the ball at arm's length at the end of your service motion. You can get a bit more power on the serve by arching your back & then "uncoiling" as you complete the serve.

OK.first of all u have to satnd in position than u have to practice tossing your ball this is very important u have to know how to toss your ball.u have to toss it straight and high not very high but alittle higher than your head.than u have to learn how to serve the ball so u toss it up and u hit it with your right hand and u bend your knees and u bring your hand straight down and hit as hard as u can

I volunteer in my group and check out to do my side to aid the troops however I have in no way served within the navy. I do importance all carrier participants and their households for the sacrifices they make on a day-to-day groundwork for our culture. Thanks Steve and all others who've served.
