after reading all the response to the idea of giving a card maybe blue for those players faking injury and diving, I have realised there are very good points made to my suggestion, and yes I now agree it is a stupid idea to bring in a third colour card.

BUT how about this.
for diving give the other team a penalty.
for faking injury continue with yellow card as it is.

I think he needs to go home... but what do you think? The only english referee and he gets a red card from fifa! Does he make the english look bad? If you're not english, what do you think of the english? Do you think he had any good moments in the cup? I'll leave it to you....

Sure , the winning league gets home field advantage in the World Series . But what would a player in the All Star Game from a team thats clearly not making it to the playoffs this year even care .

If you really want the All Star Game to be worth something for ALL the teams from the winning league ; make it that the winning league gets an extra series at home in next years Interleague games .

Oh how England must hate the sight 0f Luiz Felipe Scolari. Twice they met his teams in the Q-Finals of a major tournament, twice they were ditched.
