Think about it, in the short run, abortion lessens social pressure and economic pressure, fewer births= fewer mouthes to feed, the ones who do make it to birth and get to grow up get more resources, education love and affection from parents, etc.. in countries with high birthrates, the opposite is true...

What is so great about that? After you get through they won't be virgins anymore. Why can't it be unlimited virgins? Does Allah just make a bunch of people to be virgins?...Wouldn't that be alot? What do girls get?

I AM JUST WONDERING! ;)

This is a serious question. If I were perfect, nothing in the world would upset me. Furthermore, I wouldn't even consider the thought of punishing eternally those who didn't follow a particular religion.

Can the Jewish people who do NOT believe in Jesus be saved? Some Christians seem to think so. They think that Israel is still God's chosen people, yet my Bible talks about the Church (both Jews/Gentiles who are "in" Christ) as being God's chosen people. And the Old Covenant being replaced by the New one. (Jer.31:31) Can people be saved just because of their ethnic (Jewish)background? I think not because the scriptures state clearly that we are justified by faith and not by works or race. For example, Ahab and Mannasah were Jewish yet they did not believe in the promised "Seed" or in God so therefore they were not saved. Abraham our father of Faith is saved for His faith in God and he was looking forward to the coming "Seed" that is Christ, not because of his race?
I don't believe that anyone will be saved unless they put their hope in Jesus Christ, including Jews. To say otherwise is to promote a dualistic means of salvation - that Jesus is 1 way to heaven but not the only way.

I know global warming is a serious problem at the moment that is likely to get a lot worse as time goes on but is this where the real threat lies to the planet and man’s future?

Personally I believe that atheism poses an even bigger threat to the long term survival of mankind. Do you agree? I mean just take a look all around you and think about what’s really going on. The planet at the moment is full of immorality, people who lie, cheat, murder, and steal etc who seem to have turned their backs completely on God.

I am interested in Wiccan, but right now i am atheist. I don't really understand Wiccan, but i read that they believe in gods, and if i have to believe in gods to be Wiccan im not going to, because i just cant do that, can you be atheist and wiccan? Also, if you want, throw in a good informative site on wiccan? i read wikipedia's article and it was confusing.

P.s- I don't want any people going like "I hate you, your atheist!", "I hate wiccans!",ect.

17 And the dragon was angry against the woman: and went to make war with the rest of her seed, who keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
As a Catholic we believe this is one of many verses that displays Mary's spiritual motherhod over all of Christs followers. Just curious.
Peace Be With You,

They say that heaven is where all of your dreams come true. But, everything gets boring after a while. Even if you're a millionaire that gets to do whatever you want and doesn't have a worry in the world, that would still get boring after a couple years. An eternity of anything would actually turn into a hell.

I just opened an e-mail about a professor by the name of Indrek Wicham from michigan State University.

Muslim students were protesting cartoons that had been drawn characterizing their Prophet Muhammad as a terrorist. I, even as an American, can see how this could be offensive.

The Professor responded to this by saying he was offended by the beheading of American Soldiers, bombing of public buildings, burning of Christian Churches and other acts I also find offensive.

BUT.... I think it is ignorant to hold an entire culture responsible for a percentage of extremist.

Can I hold the entire Roman Catholic Church responsible for the sexual molestation of hundreds of altar BOYS. BOYS...in a religion that believes it is a sin to have sexual relations with someone the same sex, and a CHILD on top of that.

All too often what is passed as a question is merely a rhetorical statement or a baiting-statement of "We're right, they're wrong, why can't they see that? The usual ones are Catholic V. Protestant, Christian V. Muslim, Deists V. Atheists, but there are other variants. Folks, can we abstain from these rants and downright insults against other's beliefs and stick to REAL questions?
