I think African Muslims(the Muslims that live in Africa) are "crazier" than the Arab ones...
Sure, there is alot of violence in there Arab countries...but look at northern African which is dominated by Islam.

People don't. A few select people might. Just like a few select black Muslims may be crazy. For that matter a few white Muslims may be crazy too, or white Christians, or black Christians, or Latino Jews, or .....
You get the point, right?
It's not nice to generalize that way.

i am not a rasist...i have to start off like that..because i am going to maybe sound truthful and sometimes that is seen as rasism.
personally i believe that black who choose to go the route of becoming a muslim, most particularly those born christian...are just doing so because they feel that they need to do something different something not related to slave days when blacks were practically forced to inherit the religion of their owners.
the muslim religion in general does sometimes share or exploit the already premeditative ideals that black men have towards women...that they should be kept underfoot and shaking their butts on rap videos rather than be seen as nonsexual or an equal.

Ignorance breeds distrust.
Religions of every kind seem crazy to anyone outside them. Catholics believe they literally eat the body of Christ when taking communion. Mormons believe that when they die, they get their own planet of which to be God.
I'm sure that whatever the black Muslims believe (I assume you mean Farrakhan's group -- the Nation of Islam?), it has its own internal consistency and isn't any worse than a religion that believes God commanded Job to kill his son, just for sport.
As the Bible says, though, "ye shall know them by the fruits of their labor," and I've seen plenty of positive things from members of that group.
I'm sure it has its problems, as well (Farrakhan has been accused of antisemitism, for example), but people shouldn't assume they're any "crazier" than any other religion or religious organization.

I wouldn't say that ALL black Muslims are crazy, that's a pretty bigoted statement! There may be some that are, just in any race and any religion, but to lump all into one catagory is a horrible thing to do! How would you feel if someone lumped you into some catagory and said bad things about you based on your race or religion?

I believe you're speaking of the Nation of Islam. They have a lot of unorthodox ideas. They used to teach that white people were created by an African scientist named Yakub. That IS rather crazy....

There are some who are (a minority though it is, unless you want to call every religious person on the planet insane).
For the most part though it is probably just prejudice and the inability of Christians to see that they are pretty much just as bad as Muslims.

I don't know. I think some white Pentecostals, Baptists, and Jehovah's witnesses are crazy, therefore I don't do organized or any religion really! :D
Too much arguing about who's god is better. I have better things to do with my time.

Malcolm X was a Black Muslim and he wasn't not crazy...
