WELL FIRST OFF, I would have SERIOUS DOUBTS that GOD SPOKE to me and if GOD DID speak to me I DOUBT a benevolent GOD may ask you do something against MANS law but is it against one of the ten sins or is it just a MINOR MAN LAW like smoking Marijuana or stealing a Candy Bar!! See what I mean.
If he is asking you to kill then i doubt it would be GOD, for that would not be asked of you I believe. SO i would be very skeptical of some one talking to me in my head and would probably seek help!! Professional Help!!
I am not an Atheist but I do not think it would happen to people that way anymore.

Wow, quoting scripture to make it okay to kill people and break the law. Please note that god will not and never has advised someone to break his law which is quite extensive. And since one of his laws is to treat others (including sinners) the same way you would like to be treated... I don't see much that you can do that would really be bad. I think I would DEFINITELY jay-walk, but after a LOT of examination, that's about all you'd be able to do that's not both in Man and God's law. That is unless AFTER you torture and/or murder someone you did it to yourself... That's the funniest part, God only tells you to kill other people, but not yourself? If you ask me a supreme being should be able to go right to the source, don't ya think? Any argument to the otherwise would not only be stupid (since this is a supreme being) it would be that ignorance he warns against. If God wants something done, he'll do it himself, especially if it violates his own preset rules. I mean really think about what I just said and if you don't believe that God would rather do it himself, you must be one HELL of a blasphemer (by saying he is NOT all-powerful, lol) I think I covered all the bases, lets see ya punch a hole in THAT logic : D
For anybody that answered yes, consider this: In the bible, God tests people, right? Sooooo after considering that an act of murder would be against His will... you pickin' up what I'm puttin' down? or would ya like me to spell it out for ya?

when God speaks, there will be no mistaken it. First of all God will never go against His own word, so if He speaks to you, go to the bible ( no, it's not disrespectful) to do this. The bible says' to test the spirit to see if it is of God. But if Man tells you to do something that goes directly against the word of God, don't do it. for we must obey God rather than men. But if God say's to do something that goes against man's laws, look to see what laws you may be actually breaking. again, check His word(the bible) for the correct move.

Yes if it was God.......But we know that he doesn't do that.
As far as doing something against Mans Law, the Bible says we are to obey the laws of the land, "except" if it is against the will of God..........
No secret handshake, and do not (blaspheme God) make fun of God...................

My sheep know my voice.
It would depend on the law. Most of mans laws are just that. I would gladly break them if I got the word from God.
The hand shake is with those wacky Masons.

It depends. The way I would interpret the voice would be whether it lined up with the Bible. If it was something obviously sinful, I wouldn't do it because it couldn't have come from God. If it were something like practicing civil disobedience, then yes, I probably would.

I guess you should apply Pascal's Wager to it. You know, the idea of limited worldly consequences vs. unlimited gains in another world. That is how many suicide bombers justify the work that they do.
