& (HEAVENly) Life "Afterward; Then WHY Do those who Believe that Jesus is God Not (ALSO) Except the "Fact" that Jesus was (STILL) Inferior to the Father AFTER His Resurection to Heaven Since 1st Corinthians 11:3 says "The HEAD of Christ IS God" ! ! !

REMEMBER that 1st Corinthians was Written "Decades" AFTER Jesus Died and was Raised to (HEAVENly) Life !

SO; its VERY, VERY "Obvious" that Jesus Is (NOT) God ! ! !

paul mcCartney's song "yesterday" was from a dream and when he woke up, he quickly wrote down the words. in the bible, Joseph foretells 7years of starvation and 7years of good crop growth for the country when the pharaoh had a dream about cows that represented these years. the woman who invented the needle, the idea came from a dream when she dreamed of indians using spears? with holes on the ends of them.

is it our sub-conscious trying to tell us something? or is it a load of bull sh1t. this evidence from a dream book that i read a long time ago and still remember, shows that it is true. maybe only some of our dreams can be interpreted as a foretelling dream or idea dreams (our brain at work in our sleep) or maybe all of our dreams interpret something because i know that depending on what is in your dream, they represent things, which i believe is true. for instance a car represents your life, a toilet represents problems, bus your social life.......

Since Animal FLESH is Spoken of in this Scripture as "Having the CAPACITY" of Being Able to Be EATEN by Humans AND is Talking about the Soul in the (SAME) Scripture; Isn't it (VERY) OBVIOUS that the Soul is the Person "Themselves"; RATHER than being a "Separate" Entity that goes on Living AFTER the Body Dies ???

This seems contradictory to me.

Also, anyone ever compared the religion of the Egyptians(Isis, Osirus and Horus and to the new testament?
The trinity, virgin birth, death and resurrection, son of god dying for everyones sins, life after death, heaven and hell.

All this is in the egyptian book of the dead, which existed before the New Testament

Many atheists invoke Darwinism as a scientific "proof" of the "God delusion". Many people who believe in God therefore dislike Darwin, and attack the theory of evolution. Why instead, as a believer, can't I see in Darwinism the magnificent METHOD by which the Creator proceeds? A God which uses natural selection just to select those species which it wants. A higher Intelligence that works by so tremendously complex means that our tiny human intelligence labels as "random" mutations without "direction". A divine architect who proceeds by variations that we interpret as "coding errors" in DNA replication, but later recognize as "fortuitous accidents". An Intelligence that causes mass extinctions to eliminate dinosaurs to give place to mammalians, i.e. the human being. An apparently random and nevertheless finalistic evolution, i.e. a "spiritual darwinism". This would de-construct completely the recent neo-atheist darwinian claims. God AND Darwin? Yes, thank you!

Okay, I am wondering why many of the Christians around here (and in the real world) seem to think if you don't believe in their god there is something wrong with you and if you don't believe in any god then you are an atheist and there is definitely something wrong with you, which of course means you need guidance and you need to be told what to believe because without believing in any god you need to be saved.

Now, I am a woman with a university degree, I consider myself well educated and I live a happy life. I am also Agnostic. Yes, that's right. I do not believe that any god can 100% be proved to exist. No, I am NOT atheist. There is a difference between being agnostic and being atheist.

Atheist: a person who denies or disbelieves the existence of a supreme being or beings, God or gods.

Agnostic: a person who holds that the existence of the ultimate cause, as God, and the essential nature of things are unknown and unknowable, or that human knowledge is limited to experience.

If "God" is the only person allowed to judge, why do most Christians judge others? Tell people they are wrong, and discriminating them? Doesn't "God" say to love your brothers and sisters, and that would include all of them whether you believe what they are doing is right or wrong?

Supposedly the Creation Museum in Kentucky cost around 27 million $ to build (I say supposedly since different sites report different numbers from 25-27million). Does anybody else think that money should have gone to people who needed it....not displays of T-Rex eating coconuts?

I need the Bible references that say the same thing with the following:
(Ex: "The love of money is the root of all evil" 1Timothy 6:10)

1. "A man's life consisteth not in the abundance of things which he possesseth."

2. "It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God."

3. "Labour not to be rich."

4. "If thou lend money to any of my people... thou shalt not lay upon him ursury."

5. "Lend, hoping for nothing again."

6. A false balance is an abomination to the Lord.

7. The borrower is servant to the lender.

Thanks in advanced.

So I just saw an answer about atheists not believing in god (true) but believing in the devil (not true!!) and I always got an answer to my lasts question that seems to believe that. Why do people think that atheists believe in the devil? I have even had one of my Christian friends think that I was a devil worshiper when I told her I was atheist. Why is it people think this? Is their religion misinforming them or do they just simply not understand?

Christianity believes that God is omniscient.
If God is omniscient, life is determined.
If life is determined, then there is no free will.
If there is no free will, then no one is morally responsible.
If no one is morally responsible for anything,
Then, Christianity believes that no one is morally responsible for the life of another human being.

People always say that where i am wrong is DETERMINISM = NO FREE WILL, my response to that is this,

God being omniscient means that he knows how it will end. he knows which of us will be accepted into heaven, and which of us will not, he knows what i am typing right now and what i will type in 10 minutes, 10 years from now, and so forth. We cannot do anything to change that, because if we did change it, God would also know, and if he didn't know he would no longer be omniscient. and if he is omniscient then everything is already determined by him, we cannot and will not ever be able to see the plan laid out for us, but it is there none the

The LORD saw how great man's wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time. 6 The LORD was grieved that he had made man on the earth, and his heart was filled with pain. 7 So the LORD said, "I will wipe mankind, whom I have created, from the face of the earth—men and animals, and creatures that move along the ground, and birds of the air—for I am grieved that I have made them."

So if your morals come from society or your parents. What if you find out that your society is corrupt. In several times in history what a society deems as correct, can be viewed from the outside as wrong. Yet for that one particular society, these things are acceptable, morally right.

As for parents, what if to you and others your family is the nice moral family. Yet you are unaware that to some they may lead an immoral life. They are only moral, because you are raised to think they are moral. Some people, for example think that drug dealing is morally right. In fact people in an entire community will also believe this to be true.

So my question is, how do you know that the morals that you are raised with are actually moral? Why is your idea of morality more moral than another?
