there are more Christians than Muslims, but that bulk of Christians are Roman Catholic.

Currently, Christians understand the world population crisis, and tend to breed more responsibly for the sake of their own family's welfare, and that of the world.
The vast majority of the countries with the highest birth rates are Islamic countries. This contributes to poverty worldwide. There's only so much food to go around.
