I mean, doesn't it teach morals? If people didn't believe in god, the world would be even greedier and corrupt than it is now. There would be no justification for deaths, accidents. The world would be mad.

It is not covered in the 10 Commandments, but it is in the 613 Laws of Moses. However, Christians don't follow the Law of Moses.
If you reply that you follow only the moral Laws of Moses, where in the NT did it say that allthough the "old covenant"(and thus the Laws of Moses) is obsolete we still must keep the moral Laws of Moses(as Christians)??

Doesn't anyone look things up in the bible before they come in to pontificate about a question? I've seen so many cases tonight of people assuming they know what Jesus said when they actually haven't looked up an answer which is demonstrably different from their assertions.

If you don't have specific knowledge, look it up! You can't just make stuff up, or parrot things someone else made up. Get a free bible program and do a search, or do an internet search for the verses in question.

Why don't you do that?

For those of you with spiritual power or spell-casting abilities, please answer this question.

If you were suddenly attacked by a demonic or ghastly being, what would you do? What spells would you perform? What chants would you chant? Any offense spells?

Is there is spell you can cast when you are in immediate danger?

To Wiccans/Daoists/Spiritualists:
Long and time-consuming rituals will be useless because you will be dead. Do you know any spells that are instant or can be performed relatively quickly?

To Christians/Buddhists/Muslims:
Praying to a divine being to save you, reciting verses from your sacred text, using holy symbols, etc. These are a bit too defensive and temporary. Anything stronger or offensive?

Okay so those of you who watched him today know that there were these judgemental people on there. Well, that one lady who believes strongly in God and the Holy Bible almost scared me.

I am soooo scared! She was saying "oh you'll go to He(ll if you curse, drink, etc."

Well I'm afraid cuz i swear sometimes. I'm 13, and Catholic. WHAT SHOULD I DO??
Do YOU believe in these things?

Also, I am vegetarian. And my friend thinks that if youre vegetarian you "worship" animals, and it's very wrong.
