For those of you with spiritual power or spell-casting abilities, please answer this question.
If you were suddenly attacked by a demonic or ghastly being, what would you do? What spells would you perform? What chants would you chant? Any offense spells?
Is there is spell you can cast when you are in immediate danger?
To Wiccans/Daoists/Spiritualists:
Long and time-consuming rituals will be useless because you will be dead. Do you know any spells that are instant or can be performed relatively quickly?
To Christians/Buddhists/Muslims:
Praying to a divine being to save you, reciting verses from your sacred text, using holy symbols, etc. These are a bit too defensive and temporary. Anything stronger or offensive?

I have had three encounters with demons. In two cases, merely recognizing the demon for what it was caused it to flee. In the third instance the demon left when I commanded it to. Demons function primarily by stealth and on an energy/spiritual level.
The critical lesson when dealing with spiritual powers is this:
Power cannot be taken by force, it can only be given willingly
Meaning that a spirit/demon has only as much power over you as you give it. It really is as simple as saying "NO!". Of course, that doesn't work without a substantial amount of Faith. We give up our power to these beings through our fears. Fear is the opposite of Faith. If you are full of fear, they will come and have their way with you. If you are full of Faith, they cannot touch you.
The best weapon you have in any kind of spiritual combat is Faith. Not necessarily Faith in God, but Faith in something.
There are other tools you can employ. The easiest are simple energy shields which deflect or slow incoming hostile energy. I myself maintain a similar defense. Such shields can be used in a more offensive manner if you design them to reflect incoming attacks back to their source. There is really no end to the type or complexity of such psychic constructs. The only practical limit is your creativity and your ability to maintain them.

If you're being attacked by demons, and think you can use magic to fight them, you're hallucinating. You need to either lay off the shrooms or see a mental health professional, maybe both.

The bible says, "submit yourself to God, resist the devil and He must flee".
And, there is nothing stronger than merely saying the name of Jesus.....at that, demons tremble.

God needs no defense.
True spiritualism needs no defense.
There is only one God, only one true religion.
Seek first the kingdom of God.
If you are afraid you must seek God and you will be guided to what you need. Don't give up, keep trying.
